We are currently recruiting for a Civil Site Engineer in Sydney speacialising in Bulk Earthworks, Deep Excavation & Basements!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil projects
Monitor site progress, budgets, and quality control in line with project specifications
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery
Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and manage documentation
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company standards
Support in quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and procurement activities
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role within Bulk Earthworks (Excavation preferred)
Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus
A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
Must have full Australian working rights (PR or Citizenship)
