Position Summary
Project management – Repairs & Maintenance is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational activities across Qld and where required
This role plays a critical part in driving business growth, ensuring seamless service delivery, and upholding rigorous quality management standards.
The successful candidate will manage change initiatives, oversee the work order process, and deliverables,
They will also lead project management efforts and be fully accountable, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to nurture existing client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Optimize work order scheduling, resource allocation, and overall workflow to ensure timely and quality service.
▪️ Optimise sub-contractor engagement, manage and troubleshoot ongoing challenges
▪️ Develop and nurture long-term relationships
▪️ Implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks to ensure all projects meet or exceed industry standards.
▪️ Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Project Management & Work Order Oversight
Project Execution:
▪️ Oversee multiple repair and maintenance projects simultaneously,
ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget.
▪️ Coordinate project planning, resource scheduling, and timeline management across diverse teams and trades
▪️ Manage the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring accurate documentation, prompt allocation, and timely resolution.
Stakeholder & Contractor Management
▪️ Manage and evaluate relationships with external contractors,
▪️ Performance manage and quality assure works across your network of contractors
▪️ Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement
o Consistent, high-quality service delivery that meets established operational benchmarks and regulatory standards.
Ensure 100% adherence to contractor SLAs
4. Project & Work Order Efficiency:
o Monitor and improve project delivery timelines and work order
management, resulting in measurable improvements in service turnaround
