They are looking for a safety-focused and commercially astute leader to manage the overhead and underground field delivery teams out of the major Melbourne Depot. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a critical role in optimising project delivery, driving performance outcomes that support both business growth and regulatory compliance, controlling costs, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Information Guideline:
• Role: Branch Delivery Manager - Overhead & Underground
• Start ASAP, role is available now
• Full-time permanent employment
• Indicative salary: Circa $220K - $240K + Super + Vehicle
• 5 days a week in the office (Tullamarine)
• Must have suitable management/leadership experience coming from the power sector / major projects
• 8 direct reports, with a wider team of 130 people
• Experience in leadership in challenging environments is crucial: IR and union liaison, commercial acumen and understanding how to manage up and represent the business in front of clients.
• You will need an understanding of planned and routine maintenance as applied to major electrical utilities.
• Also, an understanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements (preferred).
